The organization was founded in 1995 and is a cooperative of Farmingdale United Methodist Church, St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church, St. Kilian’s Roman Catholic Church and St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.

This is a social model day care program offering socialization and stimulation for

Activities include arts and crafts, live entertainment, group exercise, pet therapy, blackboard activities and small group activities based on cognitive level called "Motivate the Minds".  Clients are provided with assistance with everyday functions and are served a nutritious hot lunch.  A monthly support group is offered for caregivers.
